INTERDIMENSIONAL HOPPING MEETS PLATFORM, BUT YOU CAN DO IT ONCE!

Trapped between dimensions, our main character tries to find their way back home by hoping between the borders of worlds, if she fails to reconcile this, the dimensions between her home world and the other one she finds herself almost trapped in will collapse into each other, erasing each other from existence via the matter of her world and antimatter of the other world colliding. 

Time is of the essence, and you only have one shot to guide her out of this world... good luck or two dimensions will collapse into void itself.
